Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure our Training Course provides you with the highest quality learning experience, we begin making the necessary arrangements for your course at least one month in advance (ie. Facilities, Instructors, Equipment, Supplies, Lunch, etc. as applicable). At the time of your registration, you make a commitment to attend the course(s) chosen and therefore you are responsible for your attendance.

TEAM-1 Academy Inc. has adopted the following Booking & Cancellation Policy.

  1. We request payment in full before the first day of your course. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Interac. We will charge a fee for any dishonoured payment.
  2. You are registered for the course(s) chosen when our office receives your completed ‘registration form’. Once we receive your ‘Registration Form’ you will receive an email confirming all details regarding the course (ie. date, time, location, etc.)
  3. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE START OF COURSE.
  4. Course registrations are non-transferrable to another course but you can substitute another person.
  5. If the course you have chosen is cancelled by TEAM-1 Academy Inc. we will attempt to inform you approximately 7 days prior to the start of the course to either (a) reschedule for the next available course (b) provide a refund.
